Queer Futures

The Queer Futures film series centers joy and connection to radically imagine future visions of queer life, as seen by four different filmmakers. Four short films explore "fat beauty and liberation, gender-affirming healthcare, nonbinary siblinghood in ballroom culture, and the anonymous connections of a decades-old LGBTQ hotline." These directors expand the boundaries of nonfiction forms to present new ways of seeing the queer experience lived out loud. Bar opens at 6pm. Films start at 6:45pm. Limited seating, advance tickets recommended! Our weekly queer night, Big Mood, will follow at 8 pm in the front room. 21 & up.
