The Lost Coast Outpost is reporting that Wesley Lee Starritt, who is accused of killing an elderly Eureka man and brutally stabbing two other people, has been found mentally incompetent to stand trial.

According to the story, Humboldt County Superior Court Judge Timothy Canning, referred Starritt to the state agency Conrep after receiving a doctor’s report stating Starritt is incompetent.
