The community of Salmon Creek has produced dozens of handmade quilts over the years. Some have been gifts, many have been raffled in fund raisers to benefit the community's independent, rural school house. This winter, a book will be printed featuring as many of these quilts as the community can gather to photograph. It's the perfect opportunity for a public show, and you're invited to join in celebrating these cooperative labors of love. If you have a quilt to include in the show, or would like to volunteer, please contact Kathy, 943-1742 or Rae, 943-3449.
