Cruz’N’Eureka is a car show that is a benefit for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. We raise money that is ear marked for granting the wishes of children ages 2 1/2 to 18 who have serious life-threatening illnesses who live in Humboldt and Del Norte Counties.
2008 is our 15th Annual Event which will be held on the streets of Old Town. We will have the area between C and G Streets, from 1st to 3rd Streets. Be sure and get your entry in early so that we can fill the streets for Make-A-Wish.

Friday, September 5, 2008:
• Ice Breaker BBQ and Late Registration at Humboldt Bay Inn starting at 4:00 p.m., Porker Run starting from Humboldt Bay Inn at 6:00 p.m. with last car out by 7:00 p.m. and Wrap up party to be announced. Hosted by The Redwood Coast Diecast Club.
Saturday, September 6, 2008:
• Parking starts at 8:00 a.m. in Old Town.
• Show and Shine, Vendors, Swap Meet, Raffle, Silent Auction and more, Old Town Eureka, Parking starts at 8:00am at 2nd and C sts.
• Awards Ceremony starts at 3:00 p.m. on the Gazebo at 2nd and F Streets.
• Cruz’ through the streets of Old Town Eureka from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Cruz’ starts under the bridge near the Adorni Center.
• 50’s style Sock Hop and Costume Contest from 8:00 p.m. until midnight at the Eagle House Victorian Inn in Old Town. Dance the night away with the Rock'N'Roll Burley Man, Dana Hall.
The Car Show is FREE to spectators. The Cruz is open to non-participants for a donation of $10.00. The Sock Hop open to everyone for a donation of $5.00. The Poker Run is also open to the public for a cost of $5.00 per hand. Participants can also purchase extra Poker hands for $5.00 each. Please join us at all of our fun filled events which helps us raise money for the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
